This was an extremely uplifting book/journal that will fill your thoughts of positive things you accomplish instead of dwelling on the negative. The author gives us so many prompts that it is easy to fill this journal with all the wonderful things that we have done. While that might seem a bit self-absorbed, it really isn’t. We are all hit so hard in this world by the negative that we need to be our own cheerleader to help us focus on the good in life. I bought extra to give as gifts. I liked it that much!
